If hired, you'll complete our QuickStart Program to learn about our entire operation and receive training in your field. After that, you'll enter a 14-day probation period, which lets us be sure we chose the right person.

Positions Available

Ski & Snowboard camp staff, OPEN

  • Minimum age 18
  • Daily supervision of Winter Camp kids (age 9-14)
  • Minimum two years summer camp counselor experience or similar
  • Four years/seasons of ski or snowboard experience (solid intermediate skills)
  • Outstanding communication, listening and organizational skills
  • Responsible for camper safety, customer service and relationship building
  • Oversee rental and tour programs
  • Must be in excellent physical health
  • Outgoing, High Energy and FUN!
  • CPR / 1st Aid certified

Assistant Manager, FILLED

  • BORN LEADER
  • Focus on safety of clients and staff
  • Daily supervision of watersports staff
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience
  • Two to three years customer service experience
  • Outstanding communication, listening and organizational skills
  • Responsible for staff schedules, equipment maintenance, customer relations
  • Internal marketing and promotions
  • Oversee lesson, rental and tour programs
  • Confident Multi-Tasker
  • Basic computer skills
  • Lifeguard Certified
  • CPR / 1st Aid certified

Kayak Instructor, OPEN

  • ACA Certified - Coastal Kayaking Levels I & II
  • CPR / 1st Aid Certified
  • Lifeguard Certified
  • Minimum age 18
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teaching Group & Private lessons
  • Running group tours
  • Weekends 10am-6pm AND/OR Weekdays 9am-3pm

Sailing Instructor, OPEN

  • US Sailing or ASA Certified - Small Boat Sailing
  • CPR / 1st Aid Certified
  • Lifeguard Certified
  • Minimum age 18
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teaching Group & Private lessons, running tours
  • Weekends 10am-6pm AND/OR Weekdays 9am-3pm

Windsurfing Instructor, OPEN

  • US Sailing Certified for Windsurfing Instructor, Level 1
  • Lifeguard Certified
  • CPR / 1st Aid Certified
  • Minimum age 18
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Demonstration Skills
  • One year of Windsurfing Instructor Experience
  • Teaching Group & Private lessons, children & adults
