Cancelled Sessions

It will be up to you to check any one (or more) of the following systems to get updates on our status:

  1. The Ultimate Watersports website
  2. Emails directly from us
  3. A recorded message on our business answering machine at 410-335-5352

By 4pm on the Friday before each scheduled Saturday session, all three of these tools will be utilized to inform you of changes and/or cancellations. If you do not see changes to our website, our phone message and/or an email, you can safely assume we are going as scheduled. Please do not rely solely on emails from us - check our website and/or office phone to be sure! Emails will come from the following email address: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Lessons Policy

For the safety of your child, Ski Roundtop and Ultimate Watersports REQUIRE lessons for ALL beginners and strongly recommend them for all levels.

Date Changes, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Ultimate Watersports does not provide refunds. If your child cannot attend any program date after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future session*, of the same season, where available. If you need to reschedule a camp datefill out the form below to submit a request. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee that you will be rescheduled. An Ultimate Watersports representative will contact you to confirm the details and collect payment. 

*A Date Change Fee of $25 will be assessed with each date change made.  Date change requests need to be submitted via the following form 48 hours prior to the intended new date. Submitting this form does NOT automatically reschedule your date. An Ultimate Watersports representative will contact you to confirm the new date(s) and collect payment information.  Lift Ticket/Rental Packages ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.

 

Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions or severely poor slope conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone, any part of a session for the safety of the attendees and cannot provide a refund for any cancellation or postponement that is weather related. If we do cancel a Saturday do to poor/limited slope conditions or potentially hazardous road conditions, you will have the flexibility of choosing any Saturday still available (i.e. space on the bus) to replace the one you miss without the rescheduling fee. If we do go, but you choose not to send your child, you still have the option of choosing another available Saturday, in the same season, however, you will be charged a $25 Change of Date Fee.
