Thanks for getting me into the rolling portion of
class last night. I think I've got a roll! There is some tweaking I
could do to make it better, but I was pretty consistent last night
in righting myself. It seems so easy now, I wonder why it hadn't
happened before.
Both Ray and David are great instructors. They each have a very
distinct style and provide tremendous support in helping your
clients achieve what seemed previously unachievable. The other women
from class who I chatted with in the locker room were really charged
and had nothing but great things to say about their experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed the classes with Dave and Ray. I feel closer
than ever to mastering my roll and more confident on bracing as
well. Thanks to their quality instruction, I am
unlearning some bad habits.
