Corporate parties at Ultimate Watersports

Ultimate Watersports specializes in company parties, picnics and team-building programs. We will plan and implement every detail, from start to finish, including: Windsurfing, Kayaking, and Sailing games and activities, catering (food and beverage), picnic tables, tents, parking, music, invitations etc.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your event.
  • We will credit your full deposit should you decide to change the date of your event to another date within the same calendar year, ONLY when rescheduled 14 days prior to original event.
  • If you choose to change your date within 14 days of the event, a $100 Change Fee is applicable.
  • A $150.00 Cancellation Fee will be retained from your deposit should you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled event.

Weather Policy

Corporate parties at Ultimate Watersports

  • Ultimate Watersports reserves the right to cancel your event due to "dangerous weather".
  • Dangerous weather is defined by lightning, high winds (in excess of 15mph), waves (in excess of 18"), hail, heavy rain and fog or limited visibility.
  • In the event we cancel, you may reschedule to another date of your choice (based on availability) in the same calendar year, with no loss of deposit.
  • Ultimate Watersports typically will not cancel due to brief showers, light rain or "sprinkles".
