Our Camps
Ultimate Watersports Summer Camp programs offer your child the very best team building camps on the Chesapeake. Your child will discover kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, and rock climbing while learning about the unique eco-systems of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. This year we will be offering three incredible adventure camps:

Adventure-Kayaking and Rock Climbing translate to unbelievable fun. Ultimate Watersports and Earth Treks unite to bring you this one-of-a-kind camp. |
| Chesapeake
Bay Eco-Challenge Camp |
A camp designed to build knowlege as well as skills. Campers will travel to different locations on the Chesapeake each day, to explore the eco-systems by kayak. |
Our Commitment
The Ultimate Watersports Staff is dedicated to offering the
finest camp experience for our campers. We are committed to
quality and professionalism in everything we do. Our camps
are conducted on the beautiful and serene grounds of the Gunpowder
Falls State Park - Hammerman Area, and at numerous locations on the Chesapeake Bay. The staff is comprised
of experienced and caring personnel dedicated to offering
opportunities for our campers to achieve their highest potential.
Our entire staff is certified in CPR and First Aid and the
safety of our campers is our number one concern. Campers are
grouped according to age, and every effort is made to closely
monitor each camper's activities and growth.
Transportation
Chesapeake Bay Eco-Challenge:
- Roundtrip transportation is provided from the McDonogh School Campus. Transportation may also be arranged from your neighborhood. Click here for more details.
- Transportation applications must be postmarked by
Friday, May 16, 2008.
- There is no option for providing your own transportation to the camp as each day is a different locale on the Chesapeake.
Watersports Extreme Camp:
- Roundtrip transportation is provided from the McDonogh School Campus. Transportation may also be arranged from your neighborhood. Click here for more details.
- Transportation applications must be postmarked by
Friday, May 16, 2008.
- Parents also have the option of providing their own
transportation to the Watersports Extreme Camp (in White Marsh) for a reduced fee. For more information on this option, please
call 410-335-5352.
Rock
N' River Camp
Lunch & Things
Campers must provide their own lunch, preferably in a cooler or insulated lunch bag. All watersports equipment is provided however campers must bring a swim suit, dry change of clothes, sneakers, sun screen (spf 30 or better), and watersports booties.
What to Bring
Campers participating in any of our programs will need to bring the following equipment :
- BackPack
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen (min. spf 30)
- Lip Balm
- Swim suit
- Beach towel
- Water bottle
- Personal Insulated Lunch Bag/Container
- Windbreaker top
- Sweatshirt or Fleece Top
- Dry change of clothes (shorts, socks, t-shirt)
- Sandals or Water Sport Shoes (booties)
- Tennis Shoes or Hiking Shoes
- Disposable Camera
Before & After Care
The Before and AfterCare program gives you the opportunity
to drop off your child any time between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m.
and pick up your child any time between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Children will be able to participate in recreational activities
including games, sports, crafts, computers, and outdoor programs.
This service is offered at an additional fee to all Eco-Challenge
and Watersports Extreme campers between the
weeks of June 16th and July 25th. Pre-registration
and pre-payment are required for this service.
*Note:
Before care is not offered for the following:
- Campers enrolled in the Rock N' River Camp
- Parents providing their own transportation
- Campers enrolled in programs after July 25th
AFTER CARE (3pm-6pm) is available for Watersports Extreme Campers
whose parents are providing their own transportation.
Multi-Sibling Discount
A multiple-sibling discount is offered to families who have two or more children enrolled in the Eco-Challenge or Watersports Extreme camps.
A discount of 5% per child will be deducted from the tuition.
