Half-Day: Race Challenge

TYPICAL HALF-DAY SCHEDULE

10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm

• Starts ashore with welcome orientation, program overview and team building concepts.
• Teams define goals with team building staff facilitating program
• Coaches conduct classroom session on padling basics (15 minutes)
• Equipment session familiarizes teams with their boats, basic maneuvers and boat handling (15 minutes)
• On-water hands-on instruction (30 minutes)
• Races and exercises to test team interaction (2 hours)
• Return to dock for final debrief (15 minutes)
• Awards can be pre-arranged for a festive ending to an exciting day n the water
