Full-Day Race Challenge

• Morning and afternoon sessions covering all aspects of half-day program in depth
• Morning concentrates on boat maneuvers, boat handling, teamwork
• Afternoon racing involves efficient team interaction and leadership dynamics
• Participants gain boat-savvy, apply drills to corporate problem solving
• Allows more time for leadership improvement
• Builds strong team communication and application of group dynamics
• Minimum two boats, 4-6 participants per boat

TYPICAL FULL-DAY SCHEDULE

10am - 4pm

• Starts with welcome orientation, program overview and team building concepts.
• Teams define goals with staff facilitating the program
• Coaches conduct classroom session on basics (30 minutes)
• Dockside session familiarizes teams with their boats, basic maneuvers and boat handling (30 minutes)
• On-water hands-on instruction (90 minutes)
• Lunch break ashore (1 hour)
• Races or other challenges test team interaction (2 hours)
• Return to dock for final debrief (30 minutes)
• Awards can be pre-arranged for a festive ending to a fine outing
